As the Senior Performance Analyst (Digital & Commercial), you will drive digital growth through data driven strategies and performance optimisation. You will use digital analytic capabilities (Adobe Analytics) and piece together the big picture by connecting to a broad range of commercial and customer data using tools like PowerBi.

In this role, you will deliver measurable outcomes by collaborating with digital, marketing and commercial teams to enhance product performance at all stages of the customer journey and across every channel. 

To be successful in this role, you will be confident working with large datasets in PowerBi, to create sleek visualisations, insightful analysis and recommendations.

The core responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Visualise and present data insights that will drive our strategies and improve our services.
  • Manage the digital analytics and reporting function across Jetstar’s website and app.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing commercial performance.
  • Provide recommendations on how product performance, conversion and other measures can be improved by understanding the key factors influencing performance.
  • Perform detailed product analysis to track performance and trends for products and marketing channels.
  • Get actively involved in projects to solve customer pain points and uplift our digital customer journey. 
  • Partner with external agencies on strategic projects to provide timely access to Jetstar data/customer analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance data capabilities.

To be considered, key skills will include: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Technology and/or relevant degree or experience with a highly analytical discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
  • Experience and familiar with commercial analysis / Strong commercial acumen
  • Exposure to the digital retail experience
  • Customer Data Platform (Hightouch preferred)
  • Previous experience in Snowflake will be highly regarded
  • SQL skills will be highly regarded
