Our Technology Customer & Employee Experience Team own our portfolio of technologies that underpin customer and team member-facing functions, including core reservation systems and CRM, airport front-of-house, baggage, onboard experience, disruptions and customer recovery, team member mobility and corporate team member services across all Jetstar Group Airlines.
Data & Analytics
Our data & analytics team focus on delivering data and insights to stakeholders right across Jetstar - ensuring insightful decision making that drives value quickly. They're all about data governance and infrastructure, but you'll also find them thinking disruptively - analysing industry trends and working together to develop and deliver our data science strategy.
