Monitor our performance in Planning & Advisory, keep us on track for growth in Fleet Business Partnering, crunch the numbers in Operations Finance and focus on constantly improving our ways of working.
Commercial Finance
Our Commercial Finance Team includes Revenue FP&A (all things forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting), Commercial costs and business cases and partnering with our Networks team to assess route performance.
