Operations Delivery
The Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC) is the heartbeat of our airline. The JOCC manages the logistics and daily movements of our many flights, crew and passengers - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You'll find this team in the detail - managing real time operational data in a fast-paced, time critical environment.
Safety
The safety of our people and our passengers comes first - always. Our Safety team work diligently to ensure operational and workplace safety across all of Jetstar’s functions and our international airlines. You'll find the team working on setting the airline’s safety strategy and policies, ensuring safety compliance, conducting investigations and monitoring industry standard developments to enhance safety management system performance.

Mark
Since Mark joined us in 2020 as part of the Apprentice Program - his second apprenticeship - his career has soared. He now works as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
First joining us as part of our Graduate Program in 2013, Sophie has navigated a career through Flying Operations and Engineering. She's now landed in Project Management.
Hamish was part of our 2023 Graduate Program and has taken off as part of our Operations Control Centre. He's even had an adventure in Fiji as part of a critical launch team.
