Your next opportunity to take off:

Following a recent international promotion, this position as a LAME - Line Station Engineer (LSE) will see you performing line maintenance services on Jetstar and client airlines in compliance with the operators AOC and regulatory framework. This permanent role will see you working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability and service.

Ready for your next adventure? We’re on the hunt for someone who:

  • Is an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a sound knowledge of the Civil Aviation Regulations
  • Hold a CASA Part 66 licence or NZ equivalent with B1 Type Rating for A320 or B737 
  • Has excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills supported with the ability to assess and interpret options and develop solutions for the line environment
  • Has proven experience working in a line maintenance environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in being actively involved in SMS activities (such as fatigue management, workplace inspections, reporting, etc)
  • Has the ability to work a rotating shift pattern as required by business needs
  • Offers proven and demonstrated ability to manage a team as well as actively delegate and provide feedback on work tasks
  • Has a thorough working knowledge and experience with TRAX (or similar), Airbus manuals and Microsoft Office
