Your life at Jetstar is unlike any other

Your base, your balance

With multiple narrow-body bases across the network, you can bid for a base transfer at any stage — helping you stay aligned with your personal goals, lifestyle, and career growth. Rosters typically include 2 to 4 sector days, with a mix of day returns and overnights to keep things varied. Our bid system allows you to nominate preferred roster patterns, which are considered as part of the broader planning process alongside operational requirements.

Please note: Sydney appears in the job posting due to system constraints, but your actual base assignment will be confirmed at the time of offer and may be at any Jetstar narrow-body base, depending on operational needs.

Training that prepares you for the real world

Our Evidence Based Training (EBT) program goes beyond compliance — with scenario-based learning designed to sharpen your decision-making and keep your skills current in a dynamic flying environment.
