We have an exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance Operations Team in the role of Engineering Operations Improvement Analyst. • Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Network and Scheduling to develop a schedule that meets Engineering’s requirements, while also achieving fleet utilisation and availability metrics
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to jointly develop initiatives to reduce maintenance demand and optimise fleet performance.
  • Working with internal and external suppliers to assess performance and inform continuous improvement opportunities and negotiation of agreements
  • Support the identification and execution of strategic opportunities to optimise the strategy that informs maintenance footprint and maintenance suppliers to improve engineering and airline business outcomes.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the Engineering business to internal stakeholders and customer airlines

We are on the hunt for someone who has experience, qualifications and attributes including:

  • Experience in airline operations and/or aircraft engineering
  • Experience managing interface with Part 145 suppliers for maintenance execution
  • Deep understanding of airline processes within Engineering and in commercial and strategic planning teams
  • Stakeholder and supplier performance management skills
