Part of the Workforce Planning team, the Resource Analyst is responsible for analysis to support the Flight and Cabin crew resource planning functions. This includes advanced scenario modelling, forecasting, reporting and the coordination of key inputs and assumptions into the monthly, seasonal and long-term planning processes. The role delivers advanced reporting capability to enable the ongoing measurement of labour related metrics and to optimise business performance. This role requires strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders with the ability to showcase data sets and improvements to the business.


You’ll have: -

  • Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
  • Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills – ability to analyse, interpret and present numerical data for business insight
  • Proven ability to identify issues, develop strategic options, facilitate or make decisions and plan action
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated capability and commitment to improve roster efficiency and utilisation within a complex organisation
  • Advanced user of Power BI and other cloud services and experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data science and AI technologies preferred.
