As Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the daily interaction with creative/media agencies and partners in Australia and New Zealand to execute sales campaigns, as well as maintain relationships with key tourism and airport partners. This is a ‘hands on’ position focusing primarily on the implementation of brand and sales advertising and covers many different types of marketing communications across a wide range of channels.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing AU & NZ, your main accountabilities will include:

  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal departments to ensure promotional messaging is consistent, accurate and on brand
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns – coordinate and deliver ATL, BTL and Digital assets, ensuring deadlines are met, advertising is accurate and legal requirements are achieved
  • Support and coordinate elements of tourism and airport partnerships/relationships
  • Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with execution of flights and ancillary campaign activity
  • Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with overflow activity
  • Maintain corporate and brand guidelines
  • Maintain reporting of campaign results and filing of assets

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, in an agency or related industry
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and can multi-task
  • The ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders 
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A team contributor with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative flair
