Our Digital team is seeking a Digital Producer to join them as the key contact person for Jetstar in Australia and New Zealand. 

The 'Digital Producer – Jetstar Australia and New Zealand (JANZ)' is the key digital contact person for Jetstar in Australia and New Zealand.  The successful applicant will work closely with the regional marketing team, group Digital, developers, designers and content editors in order to deliver a user experience that is suitably tailored to the Australia and New Zealand markets.  The Digital Producer – JANZ will work to optimise existing products and deliver new products and functionality for Australia and New Zealand across all digital channels.  In addition, the Digital Producer – JANZ will assist with a number of 'group centric' projects and initiatives.

Reporting to Manager, Digital Services your main accountabilities will include:

  • Work with key stakeholders within the business to determine key region-specific priorities, including Marketing Managers, Digital Product Managers, Operations and Head of Customer Strategy.
  • Work with content editors, content manager and external SEO agencies in order to deliver required content changes.
  • Track and report on SEO specific projects and initiatives.
  • Provide project support, guidance and Digital-relevant expertise to group wide projects where required.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Undergraduate qualification in - business, marketing, digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Proven experience supporting a customer focussed website
  • Experienced in functional requirements gathering
  • Experience with a website analytics platform (eg Adobe Analytics – Omniture)
  • Understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution best practice
  • Project coordination experience 
  • Digital retail or travel experience preferred
  • A working knowledge of user experience design and digital design
  • Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment
  • Search engine optimisation knowledge preferred
